Tasting:
Attractive straw yellow colour with greenish iridescence, clear and crystalline. Primary fruit and spice aroma, reminiscent of fennel and dried apricots. Palate harmonious, fresh, balanced, structured and aftertaste with delicate bitter reminiscence. It has a unique personality marked by the volcanic soil, the climate and the varieties it is made with.
