Bunches from the stock of: Tegueste Red Listán or Forastero 95% and White Listán 5%.

 

Tasting:

This wine is in constant evolution. Tasted before bottling, this would be its description: bright medium-high layer, cherry red colour with violet hues and potent youth. Intense aroma, honest, fruity with reminiscences of vanilla, tobacco and cocoa, harmonised during its aging in new oak barrels. Full to the palate, soft, slightly tannic due to its youth. Harmonious taste, good persistence, pleasant and balanced as a whole.
